EMIP: Elowell Max Internship Program
The Elowell Max Internship Program (EMIP) is our structured talent-development initiative designed to mentor and prepare the next generation of media professionals.
EMIP provides interns with hands-on experience across editorial, content strategy, research, and digital media operations, while grounding them in global journalism standards and Elowell Max’s editorial ethics.
What EMIP Represents
EMIP is built on the belief that early access, guidance, and responsibility are critical to developing exceptional media talent. Interns are treated as emerging professionals, not observers.
Program Focus Areas
Depending on the cycle, interns may gain experience in:
- Editorial writing and editing
- Research and fact-checking
- Content planning and storytelling formats
- Social and digital media publishing
Professional Standards
All EMIP participants are expected to uphold Elowell Max’s editorial guidelines, workplace conduct standards, and commitment to originality and integrity.
Participation in EMIP does not automatically guarantee employment. However, outstanding interns may be considered for future opportunities or provided with professional references.
